On the other hand, the real estate sector remains a concern. New property sales in November fell by 6% year-on-year and 16% compared to the previous month. While some shipping lines are raising rates due to the high season, costs for other destinations remain on the decline. There is a risk of rate increases due to delays at U.S. ports and a potential strike in January, which is prompting import orders to be brought forward.
