Natural Rubber
We commercialize a wide range of natural rubber qualities.
What is Natural Rubber?
Natural rubber is obtained from latex, which is then processed into various forms, such as sheets or blocks. It is characterized by its elasticity, wear resistance and ability to act as an insulator. It is used in a variety of products, including tires, footwear and seals.
Superior performance
Its molecular structure gives it high elasticity, abrasion resistance and good cushioning capacity. In addition, it has excellent resistance to tearing and dynamic fatigue, ideal for tires, gloves and industrial seals. Its viscoelastic behavior allows efficient energy absorption and its ability to crystallize under tension improves its mechanical strength.
Product |
Application |
TSR 20 | Widely used in the tire industry, especially for the manufacture of radial tires, and in other rubber products such as conveyor belts and molded products. |
RSS1 | A high quality natural rubber used in applications where high elasticity and strength characteristics are required, such as in the manufacture of tires and other technical rubber products. |
SKIMBLOCK | Used primarily in the manufacture of more economical rubber products, such as shoe soles, carpets and other low-end products. |
TSR 10 CV | Like TSR 10, it is used in the manufacture of tires, but with constant viscosity control to ensure uniformity in production. |
SBR 1502 | A synthetic rubber used mainly in the manufacture of tires, conveyor belts and molded rubber products. It is known for its wear resistance and good adhesion to asphalt. |
TSR 10 | Similar to TSR 20, it is used in the manufacture of tires and other industrial rubber products, but with higher quality control compared to TSR 20. |
SVR 3L | This natural rubber is used in the manufacture of products requiring high elasticity and strength, such as tires, conveyor belts and other industrial products. |
RSS3 | Used in the manufacture of rubber products, such as tires, conveyor belts and industrial products, but with slightly lower quality compared to RSS1. |
TSR 5 CV | Similar to TSR 5, but with constant viscosity control, it is used in applications requiring high uniformity and quality, such as tires and technical rubber products. |
TSR 20 CV | Similar to TSR 20, but with constant viscosity control, mainly used in the tire industry. |
SBR 1712 | A synthetic rubber with a high oil content, used in tires, coatings and in the manufacture of products requiring good wear resistance and low cost. |
Regenerated rubber | Used in the manufacture of recycled rubber products, such as shoe soles, carpets, and other products where a balance between cost and performance is sought. |
